Terms of service

The deal
Use Infini Cards to make and share digital business cards. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you may not put on a card
Anything illegal, anything that impersonates another person or organisation, malware, or content designed to deceive the people tapping your card. We remove cards that do this and close the accounts behind them.
The verified badge
The blue tick means a human at Infini Cards checked that the card belongs to the person or business it names. We grant it at our discretion, we do not sell it, and we can remove it if the card changes hands or the claim stops being true.
NFC cards
Standard NTAG chips broadcast a fixed URL, which anyone can copy onto another tag — that is physics, not a flaw in our service. We sign tap URLs, lock tags and log every tap, and for genuine clone protection we support NTAG424 DNA cards. Choose the right chip for what is at stake.
Paying
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Uptime
We work hard to keep cards loading, but we do not promise perfection and we are not liable for business you lose to an outage.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
