Questions people actually ask
Do I need to buy NFC cards from you?
No. Any blank NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216 card, sticker or wristband works, and you write it yourself from the dashboard using an Android phone. If you want cards that cannot be cloned, you need NTAG424 DNA chips — those have to be programmed with keys before they ship, so buy those from us or from an encoder you trust.
Does it work on iPhone?
Tapping does — every iPhone from the XR onward reads NFC tags with the screen on, no app needed. Writing a tag from a website is the part Apple does not allow, so on iPhone you write your tags with the free NFC Tools app. We show you exactly what to paste.
What happens if I lose a card?
Open your dashboard and report it lost. Every tap of that card stops working straight away, worldwide. Nobody is redirected anywhere — they see a page saying the card was switched off.
Can I change where a card points without rewriting it?
Yes, and this is the point of the design. The tag holds a permanent card ID, not your profile URL. Repoint it at a different profile from the dashboard and the next tap follows the change.
How do I get the blue tick?
Ask for it from the card editor and tell us who you are with something we can check — a company site, a LinkedIn, press. A human reads every request. We do not sell it.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to free. Your cards stay live; you just lose the paid limits.
